These terms apply to this website and to the Shopify apps published under the Prezen Apps developer account.
By using this website or installing an app published by Prezen Apps, you agree to the terms set out below.
Use of our apps
Our apps are distributed through the Shopify App Store and are subject to Shopify's own terms in addition to these. Pricing, plan limits and free trial availability for each app are shown on its App Store listing.
Merchant responsibilities
- Maintain an active Shopify store and account in good standing.
- Use our apps lawfully and in line with Shopify platform policies.
- Keep your store theme and configuration compatible with installed apps.
Support and availability
App support is provided by the Prezen Apps team. We work to keep our apps available and functioning, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Intellectual property
All app code, branding and website content remain the property of Prezen Apps. Installing an app grants you a licence to use it, not ownership of it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of our apps or this website is limited to the amounts you paid for the relevant app in the preceding twelve months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our apps and services change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
